Marina Saif is a qualified nutritionist and diabetes prevention coach, who currently serves as Clinical Team Supervisor at Express Medicals. She has a deep-rooted belief in a holistic approach to health, which she implements in her work as a coach and supervisor.

With a degree in Exercise, Nutrition & Health from Kingston University, Marina has extensive experience working with a variety of demographics in the field of public health. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing lifestyle interventions combining exercise and nutrition to help reduce the risk of disease and improve quality of life.

Marina is passionate about promoting healthier lifestyles and is actively involved in producing evidence-based information and blogs.
