In 2021/22, musculoskeletal disorders accounted for 27% of all work-related ill health cases in the UK, and 24% of all working days lost due to work-related ill health. The total number of working days lost due to work-related musculoskeletal disorders was 7.3 million days, equating to an average of 15.2 days lost per case - and the construction industry is particularly affected, with almost double the average prevalence.

About the presenter
Nell joined the British Army in 2000, as a qualified physiotherapist. Military physiotherapy is considered to be world class; and after ten years of working with military personnel and their families, and having reached the rank of Major, Nell decided to share her skills with the civilian private sector, where she now runs her own central London clinic.
Over the past 20+ years she has worked with some amazing healthcare professionals and has developed her own way of working, the Health & Performance Pyramid, which has a strong basis in biomechanics and load management.
