Mike Stallard

Michael Stallard background is in the rail industry having worked for London Underground for over 37 years holding various senior management posts. Before moving into consultancy Mike was the business manager of London Underground’s Occupational Health Department responsible for the day-to-day contract management of Drug and Alcohol testing within the system.

He is recognised as an expert in the field of Drug and Alcohol collection, and is co-author of “A Practical Guide to Drug and Alcohol Testing”, and served for four years on the board European Workplace Drug Testing Society an organisation formed to provide a focal point for the exchange of ideas and information from within the Drug and Alcohol field.

Today Mike carries out a supporting role helping companies in the development of their Policies. and in developing and delivering training courses for organisations who want to introduce a drug and alcohol policy.
