Michel Flynn

Non-Executive Director

Michael has operated in the Mobility sector over the last 35 years, in both Europe and Asia. He began his career as an engineer in a team developing driverless train technology, he progressed over the years to become an Executive Director, leading business units in a number of global corporate organisations. Michael subsequently moved to client and consulting organisations to lead £multi-billion capital investment programmes. He has led and participated in some of the most exciting mega projects and complex programmes undertaken globally in this sector.

Michael supports Express Medicals’ board and executives with his experience and knowledge applying a blend of pragmatism, collaboration, best-practice and innovation to enable a progressive and systematic ‘shift of the dial’ on operational performance to underpin our business strategy.
