Results Executive

The role of Results Executive is a multi-disciplined administration position. The main function is to process medical/drug and alcohol results on a daily basis and provide effective communication with all clients/candidates and team members.

We require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise. These skills are paramount for this role, as is a sound work ethic.

Your key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Processing post received from our external clinics

  • Producing and issuing reports, results and certificates through various channels

  • Co-ordinating medical referrals with external clinics including sourcing of clinics and completion of referral forms. Monitoring and chasing of reports before issuing to clients

  • Uploading results to external databases and client result portals in line with service level agreements and client specific arrangements

  • Record and maintain all customer data appropriately in line with current data protection legislation

  • Providing back office support to investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints at the request of the Customer Support Team or a Senior Manager

  • Manage customers’ expectations with regard to timescales and delayed or pending results.
