Welcoming Express Medicals Plc’s new CEO, Matthew Fedyk

Express Medicals Plc is excited to announce that, from January 2024, Matthew Fedyk has been appointed our new Chief Executive Officer.

Having joined the company in 2018 as Head of Finance, Matthew’s diverse professional skillset, coupled with his drive and passion for both operational and commercial excellence, led to his appointment to Chief Operating Officer in January 2021.

Matthew’s appointment to CEO is as popular as it is well deserved, and is sure to herald a new chapter in the company’s maturation.

Dr. Dan Hegarty, who founded the company in 1996, says,  "Since the inception of Express Medicals, I have had the privilege of witnessing its growth and evolution. During the last five years, it has been a joy to work with Matthew, who is an extremely popular and able leader. I am delighted to hand over the day-to-day running of the company into his capable hands. I am very confident Matthew will provide strong and enlightened leadership to the management and wider team, leading the company to even greater heights.”
